”Sergelhuset is a unique example of a harmonious and integrated approach to social and environmental sustainability with a superb design in the middle of central Stockholm. With a uniquely visible location towards Sveavägen and Sergel's square, the new Sergelhuset is being built. It offers nine floors of a total of 15,000 square meters in absolute top condition, which in design terms breathes Scandinavian 60's as a flirtation with the history of the place. The top, built-up floors will be something extra special with terraces and views of the city. Also on floor two are offices with their own terrace, recreated from the 'Stockholm terrace' of the 60's.
